Summary of Agreement

MuslimMarriageMaker.com is to be used for the sole purpose of seeking a Marriage Partner only and in accordance with the behavioural principles laid down in the religion of Islam. Use for any other purpose or commercial use, is strictly prohibited, any member found or reported to be acting outside these guidelines will have their membership terminated.

All members agree to use MuslimMarriageMaker.com in accordance with British law and their individual country of residence’s governing laws. The SERVICE IS FOR ADULTS ONLY. We will only accept membership applications from single, widowed, divorced or legally separated adults of the Muslim religion, although Parents/Guradians can represent their children/persons whom they have authority to represent. (You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction, in which you reside, whichever is greater)

MuslimMarriageMaker.com is only a central meeting point and cannot guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of adverts; members must make detailed enquiries themselves when contacting a potential spouse.

MuslimMarriageMaker.com and their staff are not responsible in anyway for any damage, consequential loss, and incidental, occurrences that may arise as a result of the usage of the service. Members are solely responsible for their actions and statements.

MuslimMarriageMaker.com reserves the right to accept or deny membership and to terminate membership without giving any reason or notification, the publishing and editing of any advert and withhold contact information at its discretion.

Either you or MuslimMarriageMaker.com may terminate your MuslimMarriageMaker.com membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending electronic email or written notice to the other party. MuslimMarriageMaker.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the MuslimMarriageMaker.com service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement.

MuslimMarriageMaker.com has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the site, including, without limitation, the content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use of the site. 1.0 Content and Conduct

1.3 You will use the MuslimMarriageMaker.com service for the sole purpose of Marriage only and in accordance with the behavioural principles and regulations laid down in Islam, in a manner consistent with any and all of your country of residence’s applicable laws and regulations. Posting of personal information in your profile such as telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, E-mail addresses, etc is done at your own risk and MuslimMarriageMaker.com will not be held responsible for any type of misuse resulting from the display of this information.

1.4 You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. MuslimMarriageMaker.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

1.5 You agree that MuslimMarriageMaker.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of MuslimMarriageMaker.com violate the terms of this agreement or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of other MuslimMarriageMaker.com Employees and/or its Members.

1.6 You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the MuslimMarriageMaker.com service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other MuslimMarriageMaker.com members.

You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish commercially exploit or create derivative works from the content of MuslimMarriageMaker.com.

1.7 You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

1.8 You will not Upload or transmit any computer viruses, macro viruses, trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. Or attempt any unauthorised access to any part or component of a Community Facility or any other part of the Site.

1.9 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MuslimMarriageMaker.com members. MuslimMarriageMaker.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

1.10 MuslimMarriageMaker.com reserves the right to - accept or deny membership and to terminate membership without giving any reason or notification, the publishing and editing of any advert, withhold telephone numbers, residential address’s, emails / email addresses at its discretion. MuslimMarriageMaker.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of the Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities/agenices.

2.0 Member Information

2.1 MuslimMarriageMaker.com will keep confidential all information supplied by you to MuslimMarriageMaker.com and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

2.2 You agree that any material you send to MuslimMarriageMaker.com by email or otherwise, or that you post in any areas on the Service that are accessible to the public or MuslimMarriageMaker.com’s general membership, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and MuslimMarriageMaker.com may use such material, in whole or in part, in any medium for any purpose, including but not limited to the reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting of such material in advertising and promotions activities.

Therefore, MuslimMarriageMaker.com cannot be held responsible for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential arising out of the use of this service, including without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other Members of the MuslimMarriageMaker.com Service, or introduced to you via the MuslimMarriageMaker.com Service, such damages include without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and/or emotional distress and discomfort.

8.4 The Agreement and the relationship between you and MuslimMarriageMaker.com shall be governed by British law (regardless of conflicts of law principles). You and MuslimMarriageMaker.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of British Law. 9.0 Copyright

9.1 MuslimMarriageMaker.com has the right to Terminate User Privileges and contact information for Suspected Copyright Infringement, MuslimMarriageMaker.com will terminate the privileges of any user who uses the service to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit User Content to this Site, whether images, articles, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights nor other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights). may immediately delete files in your account and bar any further access thereto.

9.3 MuslimMarriageMaker.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9.4 MuslimMarriageMaker.com, and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of MuslimMarriageMaker.com All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.

10.0 General

10.1 You agree that MuslimMarriageMaker.com may change the Agreement from time to time. You will be informed of any such changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after MuslimMarriageMaker.com has posted such notice constitutes your acceptance of any changes. All members agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated. You and MuslimMarriageMaker.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of British Law. MuslimMarriageMaker.com failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
